Terms and Conditions for All Promotions:

  • Promotions are available until closing of business on 31 December 2022.
  • Each promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion and are not substitutable or redeemable for cash.
  • To redeem promotion, the patient must mention the promotion when booking the appointment.
  • Services will only be provided when suitable and appropriate.
  • Additional treatment may be recommended at an additional cost. Any additional treatment and cost will be discussed with you before being carried out.
  • Promotions subject to appointment availability.
  • Prices are subject to change.

  • Due to high demand, places are limited. As such, we require a credit card number to secure your appointment. In the event you don’t arrive or provide us with 24hrs notice, a cancellation fee of $65 will be charged. Rest assured, your credit card information will be removed following your consultation.
  • Treatment price will be individually quoted on a case by case basis.
  • A free no obligation one-on-one information session is available to learn more about the Invisalign®, invisible braces procedure.
  • Prices may be subject to change without notice.
  • A dental examination is required prior to treatment where one of our dentists will conduct an initial orthodontic examination, explain your treatment options, perform diagnostic work.
  • You may also be recommended to have a hygiene appointment.
  • Only your treating dental practitioner can determine which Invisalign® product is suitable for your needs depending on your treatment complexity.
  • The cost of treatment includes an initial examination by our Dentist, diagnostic records including x-rays, by-monthly aligner-fitting appointments for the duration of treatment and aligners.
  • Lost or broken aligners and retainers may incur an additional fee.
  • Patients must have had a general dental check-up within the last 6 months to ensure their dental work and oral hygiene is up to date and are clinically ready to be treated with Invisalign®.
  • A general dental check-up is not included in the treatment fee.
    Patients are required to pay a deposit before proceeding to treatment.
  • No refunds available. Additional fees and charges are payable.

Willsmere Dental has no control over what your private health insurance pays towards your dental treatment. We can process your health fund card on our HICAPS machine as a complimentary service. When we do this, they will pay any benefits to us directly on your behalf to save you having to claim back the benefits yourself after paying us in full. However, what your health fund pays towards your dental treatment is entirely between you and your health fund. It is your responsibility to contact your health fund regarding their terms and conditions, especially the benefits they provide and limits and restrictions on these. Willsmere Dental does not accept responsibility when your health fund does not pay the benefits that you think they should. You are responsible for paying your account whether your health fund contributes to it or not.
