Meet Dr Sean Hogan (Dental Surgeon)
With the addition of Dr Hogan to our practice, our patients can have a variety of oral surgeries performed including implants and wisdom teeth extractions. He possesses substantial experience in providing surgical and paediatric dentistry under general anaesthetic.
Education and Affiliations
To prepare for his career in dentistry, Dr Hogan earned a Bachelor of Dental Science from the University of Melbourne in 1995. He stays up to date on the latest in oral surgery by regularly taking professional development courses and attending various workshops.
Additionally, he teaches various dental classes at the University of Melbourne, including the Australian Antarctic dental program; Dr Hogan is considered one of the leading instructors. He also has worked at the Royal Dental Hospital of Melbourne in the Oral Surgery and Emergency Service departments.
Enjoying an Active Life
Outside the practice, Dr Hogan enjoys spending time with his wife and young children. He is an avid cyclist and swimmer.
